Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Snootly essentials: free US shipping on orders of $35 or more; $4.99 below $35. Products from partner brands: supplier shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders from multiple warehouses may have combined shipping charges. Review your final shipping charge and applicable taxes before payment.

How long does delivery take?

US-brand products, plus the Paw Cleaner Cup and Water Fountain, typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Most Snootly essentials — including the grooming brush, hair roller, nail grinder, snuffle mat, harness, slow feeder, cat corner brush and Shed Control Kit — typically arrive in 8–14 business days. Check the note on each product page. Delivery windows are estimates.

Will I get tracking?

Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Products from different warehouses may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

What is the 30-day Happy Pet Guarantee?

If a product isn't a fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement, exchange or refund. Used items are eligible. Treats and consumables can be refunded but not returned. See shipping and returns for the full details.

How do I start a return or size exchange?

Email hello@snootly.shop with your order number and what you need help with. We reply within one business day. Harness and paw-cleaner size exchanges are free within 30 days.

How do I choose a size?

Check the product's measurements and compare them with your pet before ordering. If you're unsure, email us before buying.

How should I clean and use a product?

Follow the care and pet-suitability notes on the product page. Cleaning instructions vary by material; don't assume every item is dishwasher-safe. Supervise play and enrichment, choose a suitable size and replace toys if they become damaged.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us as soon as possible, ideally within two hours of ordering. We'll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
