Shipping policy
Where we ship: United States (all 50 states).
Shipping cost: Snootly essentials: free US shipping on orders of $35 or more; $4.99 below $35. Products from partner brands: supplier shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders from multiple warehouses may have combined shipping charges. Review your final shipping charge and applicable taxes before payment.
Delivery times (printed on every product page):
- US-brand products (Farm To Pet, SodaPup, WUNDERball, Catastrophic Industries, Fig & Friends, Midfox, plus our Paw Cleaner and Water Fountain) ship from US warehouses within 1–3 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days.
- Snootly essentials (Deshedding Brush, Hair Roller, Nail Grinder, Snuffle Mat, Harness & Leash Set, Slow Feeder, Cat Corner Groomer, Shed Control Kit) ship from our international fulfillment partner and arrive in 8–14 business days. Check the product page for its delivery note. Applicable taxes and final charges are shown at checkout.
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Orders containing items from different warehouses arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
Delivery windows are estimates. Allow extra time during holidays and busy periods.
Address changes: Contact us at hello@snootly.shop within 2 hours of ordering. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.
Lost or damaged packages: If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.
