Shipping within the United States
We ship to all 50 US states. Snootly essentials: free US shipping on orders of $35 or more; $4.99 below $35. Products from partner brands: supplier shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders from multiple warehouses may have combined shipping charges. Review your final shipping charge and applicable taxes before payment.
Estimated delivery
- 3–7 business days: US-brand products from Farm To Pet, SodaPup, WUNDERball, Catastrophic Industries, Fig & Friends and Midfox, plus the Paw Cleaner Cup and Water Fountain.
- 8–14 business days: most Snootly essentials, including the Grooming Brush, Hair Roller, Nail Grinder, Snuffle Mat, Harness & Leash Set, Slow Feeder Bowl, Cat Corner Brush and Shed Control Kit.
Check the delivery note on each product page. These windows are estimates. Allow extra time during holidays and busy periods.
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Orders containing products from different warehouses may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
Returns, exchanges & the 30-day Happy Pet Guarantee
If a product doesn't work for your pet, contact us within 30 days of delivery. You can request a replacement for an item that arrived damaged or failed in normal use, a free size exchange on a harness or paw cleaner, or a refund to your original payment method.
How to request help
Email hello@snootly.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. A photo helps if an item arrived damaged. We reply within one business day with instructions.
Refunds are issued within five business days of receiving the return. Treats and consumables can be refunded but not returned. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is deducted from the refund.
